Workshop Classes

Workshop classes may be formed for advanced subjects as well. Studio Equipment Operation Workshops are sometimes offered. They develop familiarity with studio strobes, meters, light modifiers, reflectors, backgrounds, etc., including some training with medium format cameras. A good stepping-off point for more advanced studies in Portraiture, Photojournalism, Studio Lighting (People and Product), Fine Art, Darkroom Techniques, etc.

These workshops usually are held over a weekend, often including six hours of instruction on each of Saturday and Sunday. Some also include Q&A bonus sessions on Friday evenings. Assignments are often included to reinforce skills learned in the workshops. Costs and locations vary.

Hourly tutoring is available on specific subjects for specific skill acquisition or review. Inquire for quotes.
